May1-May26, 2025
CHF Grant Guidelines
Keep grant application as brief as appropriate to present necessary facts about the applicant’s organization and the project or program funding requested.
We require all applications to be submitted as email attachments to foundation@curryhealthfoundation.org.
Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
Recipients of grant awards will be notified within two to three weeks.
Grants of $500 to $2500 per item, project or program will be considered.
Organizations can submit no more than 2 grant requests in any single grant cycle.
Eligibility
Grant applications are only accepted from 501(c)(3) nonprofits and government agencies with nonprofit status.
All Projects and/or programs pertaining to this application must reflect Curry Health Foundation’s vision of support for “Healthy Communities.”
Ineligible Expenses include:
Support for Individuals
Annual fund appeals and contributions to endowments
Ongoing labor or payroll costs
Travel
Office equipment, supplies, etc
Debt retirement, operational deficits, financial emergencies
CHF Mission statement
To support growth of healthy communities within Curry County through partnerships with local nonprofits, grant funding and Foundation events & programs.
Impact!
While this chart provides a clear presentation of the dollar amounts allocated and the amount of various programs affected, it is unable to fully take into consideration the longevity and extensive impact of each item purchased with the grant funding. Often, a small grant can resolve a need that impacts countless members in our community.
