Leslie has been living in Gold Beach since 1977. She was active in the Gold Beach High School Booster Club for many years while her three children were in school. She bought Interior Coverups, a flooring, window covering and accent store in 1987 and ran it successfully until she retired in2O2I.

She has been a member of the Curry Health Foundation for more than fifteen years and a very active member of the Soroptimist International of Gold Beach for more than thirty-seven years. She has served as president of both organizations.

Leslie and her husband Paul, live in Ophir on ten acres and enjoy gardening, hiking, family and friends.
